Our leadership programs are divided among two packages: The first is our half or full day package, designed for grades 8 to 12. This package is an introduction to leadership styles, within the context of teams through some very fun activities. This can be hosted at the school premises. The second package is for grades 11 to 12; which are generally a weekend away. This package is designed for all students that want to know what makes successful leaders. This training is also useful for those who are already prefects or hope to become prefects. This is a jam packed weekend with various fun activities that focus on effective leadership through experiences, plus classroom interactive discussions, training and laughter. Revolutionary leadership principles, differences between leadership and management, personal motivational theories and perfect responsibilities will be explored over the course of the weekend.
