Building a Motivated Team

“Building high performance teams” assesses team effectiveness through identifying each team member’s unique contributions and strengths. Team performance is further facilitated by generating a team orientation with a team charter. The training offers the opportunity to provide individual and team members’ feedback. Furthermore, teams learn to identify: interpersonal skills, team interaction, team resources and support… contributing to a true “continuously synergizing” team.

The training outline covers the following learning areas:

  • Sharing a collective organizational vision
  • Team communication and interaction
  • Skills development and confidence building
  • Recognizing team strengths and contributions
  • Facilitating team support, creative problem solving and motivation
