The expression of anger may result in conflict and destructive relationships. However, anger is there to protect and motivate us to solve problems. Effective anger and conflict management is central to organizational effectiveness.
Our training aims to provide a greater understanding of anger and conflict and how we can use emotions, through appropriate expression, to improve relationships and problem solving. This training provides the opportunity to identify the skills of empathy, self-control, assertiveness, communications skills, conflict management and goal setting.
Skills development is important for team morale and team effectiveness and makes an important contribution to organizational success.
