Building high performance teams

High performance teams are motivated, have a healthy competitive spirit and are able to align themselves with organizational values and goals. “Building high performance teams” assesses team effectiveness through identifying each team member’s unique contributions and strengths. Team performance is further facilitated by generating a team orientation with a team charter. The training offers the opportunity to provide individual and team members’ feedback. Furthermore, teams learn to identify: interpersonal skills, team interaction, team resources and support… contributing to a true “continuously synergizing” team.

The training outline covers the following learning areas:

  • Sharing a collective organizational vision
  • Team communication and interaction
  • Skills development and confidence building
  • Recognizing team strengths and contributions
  • Facilitating team support, creative problem solving and motivation

“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision.

The ability to direct individual accomplishments
toward organisational objectives.
It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
Fun and humour helps you to see
your colleagues and fellow-participants
as approachable.”
“Individual commitment to a group effort –
that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work,
a civilization work.”
Vince Lombardi
